Reach the desk
One address reaches the whole desk: [email protected]. It is read by Rhiannon Beckworth, Trust and Verification Editor, and we answer in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
What we are glad to receive
- Corrections. A licence number, a regulator decision, a date or a rule we got wrong. Send the page and the source and we will fix it or explain why we disagree.
- Records we may have missed. Regulator notices, alert-list entries and published decisions are exactly the material this site is built on.
- Requests. If a question about IQ Option's legitimacy is not answered anywhere on this site, tell us and we will look at adding it.
- Rights and legal notices. Send them to the same address with "Legal" in the subject line.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent editorial desk, not the broker and not a regulator, so we have no access to any trading account and no ability to act on one. Specifically, we cannot:
- unblock an account, release a withdrawal, or push a verification through;
- see your balance, your documents or your ticket history;
- recover money you have lost, whether to a broker or to a fraudster;
- give you personal investment, tax or legal advice.
If your issue is with an account, raise it with the operator's own support first and keep the ticket references. If that fails and your account sits with an EU-licensed entity, the regulator and the relevant financial ombudsman have formal complaint routes. If you were dealing with a lookalike site, a fake app or someone who contacted you promising returns, treat it as fraud and report it to your bank and your national police reporting service straight away.
Practical notes
We reply to most messages within a few working days. Please do not send identity documents, card numbers, screenshots of account credentials or passwords — we do not need them and will delete anything of the sort on sight. Messages may be edited for length if we quote them, and we do not publish a sender's name without asking first.
Our privacy notice explains what happens to the data in your email.
